He has nearly three decades of global experience in hospitality industry with a strong track record of driving digital transformation for enterprises, executing business turnarounds and managing successful acquisitions.
He meticulously analyses market conditions and quality assurance measures to define and implement venture strategies to upstream business, resulting in a acceleration in venture development.
Expert in inclusive planning and alignment between critical functions in industries ranges from logistics, finance, IT, Hospitality, Petrochemicals, Mining & Healthcare.
Manoj represents a long-standing with an enviable record of delivering high net worth projects, from initial opportunity identification, throughout the investment transaction, and onto the successful and profitable exit.
He holds MBA from London, respected throughout the industry & has earned a reputation as an exceptional investment advisor and highly skilled negotiator.

Ruby had a successful career spanning over 20 years with Investment property division, where she was responsible for a team specialising in sourcing commercial properties.
While having the specific intention of unlocking or adding to the value to these properties, along with her team she advised her clients on trading opportunities or further developing their property portfolios.
Having taken a career break to raise her family, Lynne now brings her property investment experience to The Landmark Partnership. She will be responsible for the administration of the groups business advisory services.

FABRIZIO BIRD
Fabrizio ventured into the world of property in 2010 after a very successful career in finance and private banking. Having a BSc (Hons) in professional accounting: 2:1, it put him in good stead to understand the financial and asset allocation prospective to property investment.
Working and living near central London, starting in estate agency, gaining a wealth of experience, and local knowledge, he moved into sales and property investment.
Working with private equity funds, investors and developers he gained a reputation for his loyal and discreet services on commercial real estate investments.

AMBER LAZAR
Amber is a partner and leader in our Mergers and Acquisitions and Real Estate practices, based in London. She has robust expertise in merger integration, advising companies on large and mid-sized post-merger integrations and separations.
In addition to her client work, she heads our London Women at AAN GROUP initiatives and has held leadership roles in recruiting.
Amber earned a JD-MBA from Leeds University and a B.A. in Economics from Williams College.

Oscar is the head of our EMEA Construction, Building Products, Real Estate and B2B Services sector, based in Dubai. He also leads our company profile in the Middle East.
Oscar has nearly 20 years of consulting experience, having joined the firm in 2010, He spent considerable time with us in UK and Europe before relocating London in 2018.
He has a broad base of consulting experience advising senior executives and government leaders on strategy, organisation, performance improvement, mergers & acquisitions (M&A) and transformation.
